2. Eligibility
Entry is open to eligible Australian residents aged 18 years or over who satisfy these Terms & Conditions and any geographic restrictions stated above.
Directors, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter who are directly involved in conducting the promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter where prohibited by applicable law.
The Promoter may request reasonable evidence to verify an entrant's identity, age, residency and compliance with these Terms & Conditions before awarding a prize.
3. How to Enter
Entry is free. To receive one standard entry, an eligible entrant must complete and submit the official Rothmore Group Giveaway entry survey during the promotion period with the requested information.
Entries must be complete and submitted before the closing time. Automated, fraudulent, misleading, incomplete or otherwise invalid entries may be rejected.
Referral bonus entry
An eligible entrant may receive one additional entry by completing the official referral form and referring one eligible friend during the promotion period. The entrant must have the referred person's permission to provide their contact details to the Promoter.
A referral does not guarantee that the referred person will become a client or enter the promotion. Unless the Promoter expressly states otherwise, a maximum of two entries applies per person: one standard entry and one valid referral bonus entry.
4. Prizes
The promotion currently offers the following prizes:
- Major Prize — Full Buyer's Agency Service Fee Waived: the winner receives Rothmore Group's specified buyer's agency service with the applicable Rothmore service fee reduced to $0.
- Second Prize — $10,000 Service Fee Rebate: a $10,000 promotional credit/reduction applied against Rothmore Group's applicable buyer's agency service fee.
- Third Prize — $5,000 Service Fee Rebate: a $5,000 promotional credit/reduction applied against Rothmore Group's applicable buyer's agency service fee.
The $10,000 and $5,000 rebates are service-fee credits and are not unrestricted cash prizes. They cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
The Major Prize applies only to the specified Rothmore Group service fee. It does not include the purchase price or deposit for any property, stamp duty or other government charges, finance or lending costs, legal or conveyancing fees, building and pest inspections, insurance, property management fees, travel, taxes or other third-party costs.
Any advertised reference value for a Rothmore Group service must reflect the genuine retail value of the applicable service at the time of the promotion.
5. Using a Prize
A winner must satisfy Rothmore Group's standard onboarding, identification and compliance requirements and enter into the applicable buyer's agency agreement before the service can commence. The relevant prize will be recorded as a fee waiver or credit in that agreement.
A prize does not guarantee that a property will be purchased, that finance will be approved, or that any particular investment return, capital growth, rental return or financial outcome will be achieved.
Prizes are personal to the winner and are not transferable or exchangeable unless the Promoter agrees in writing or applicable law requires otherwise. [CONFIRM PRIZE EXPIRY / REDEMPTION PERIOD]
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the promotion period, including valid referral bonus entries. Each valid entry will have an equal chance in the relevant draw, subject to applicable law.

The Promoter's decision concerning entry validity and administration of the promotion is final to the extent permitted by law, but nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Winner Notification & Claiming

8. Privacy & Marketing
Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be handled in accordance with Rothmore Group's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy and marketing laws. Information may be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners and, where the entrant has provided the required consent, send marketing communications.
Entrants who submit a referral confirm that they have permission to provide the referred person's details. The referred person's details must not be used in a way that exceeds the consent provided or applicable law.
9. General Conditions
If the promotion cannot proceed as planned because of circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, cancel or reschedule the promotion to the extent permitted by law and subject to any regulatory approval required.
The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts fraudulently, supplies false information, interferes with the promotion or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
10. Social Media Disclaimer
If the promotion is advertised or communicated through Facebook or Instagram, entrants acknowledge that the promotion is administered by Rothmore Group and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with those platforms. Entrants release the relevant platform to the extent permitted by law.
11. Regulatory Approvals
The promotion will only be conducted in jurisdictions in which the Promoter has satisfied any applicable trade-promotion licensing, authority, permit, notification and advertising requirements.
